I’m Scott Hughes — Owner and Lead Photographer at Hughes Real Estate Media.
I’ve been passionate about photography for more than 30 years, starting as a hobbyist and growing into a full-time professional. Before launching this business, I spent nearly two decades in the music industry as a producer, video editor, and motion graphics animator for Clear Channel, Live Nation and Ticketmaster. Along the way, I worked on marketing and promotion campaigns for many major label tour music artists.
I grew up in Logansport, Indiana, and studied Broadcast Television and Radio Production at Ball State University, with a minor in Film Production. Early in my career, I gained hands-on experience at the local PBS affiliate, where I worked behind the camera and as an assistant director for their news magazine show Connections Live. After graduation, I moved to Indianapolis to join TourDesign, a post-production house creating advertising and marketing campaigns for world-renowned music artists.
Today, I bring that same creative expertise and marketing mindset to real estate. I founded Hughes Real Estate Media to help agents and homeowners showcase their properties with stunning visuals and strategic marketing tools — making each listing stand out in a competitive market.
